Ongoing volatility in the cryptocurrency market was met with a dose of friendly optimism by The Wild West Crypto Show hosts Drew Taylor and Brent Bates during episode 70 (http://nnw.fm/8iWU8) of the analysis and chat forum, titled ‘Are Cryptos Correcting?’.
“Folks, don’t get too upset with that,” Bates said on the show, noting the volume of trading inherent to the commodity. “When it tries to find equilibrium, it just does so from a higher high and a lower low than your traditional stocks… Back when (bitcoin) was at 3,200, I was telling everybody how great it was that it had moved sideways for so long and that when it broke out it was going to do well. Well guess what, it did real well — it got up to 13,000, so guess what? Coming back to 9,000 is not a catastrophe.”
This week’s show featured the usual assortment of rants, raves and sometimes rowdy humor. The hosts acknowledged President Donald Trump’s “grenade in the room” behavior in criticizing cryptocurrencies; the massive appeal of World Crypto Con, to be will be held in Las Vegas in October; and a possible scam that benefitted from people trying to make legitimate investments in crypto.

You’ve got to be able to take your feelings and put them aside… and sit back and evaluate these opportunities logically,” Bates said as he and Taylor discussed some of the difficulties besetting the industry and advocated for influencer responsibility.
CryptoCurrencyWire’s Jonathan Keim joined the hosts to discuss newsmakers, including a company that states that it is making cryptocurrency access “effortless and easy for millions across North Africa and the Mideast” and thereby boosting mass adoption of the alt-finance system.

Plus, there’s a whole different struggle when you don’t have a bank and everybody puts their money under their mattress while there’s lots of theft going on around.
