Joining the board of directors is Dr. Bin Huang, a seasoned life sciences executive with experience in strategy and new business development, financing and public markets, corporate governance and operations management in North America and Asia. Huang holds a PhD in plant cell biology from the University of East Anglia, UK, and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Canada.
