BioScrip, Inc. (BIOS) Acquires HS Infusion Holdings, Inc.

BioScrip, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIOS) recently announced that it has acquired HS Infusion Holdings, Inc. (“Home Solutions”). The acquisition is expected to enhance BioScrip’s position as a leading provider of infusion services. BioScrip, Inc. is acquiring all of Home Solutions’ assets, as well as some of the company’s liabilities. Both companies are focused on higher margin, core-infusion therapies.
