Dr. Hussein Mwinyi (“H.E.”), along with officials from Zanzibar Electricity Corporation (“ZECO”), the Ministry of Water, Energy and Minerals, and the Zanzibar Utilities Regulatory Authority, and presented the completed feasibility study for the project.
