According to the release, in March 2022 the company acquired key intellectual property (“IP”) to a concussion drug, along with all rights to that drug. Odyssey has also contracted with two world-class research organizations, Avance Clinical Pty Ltd. and Nucleus Networks, to conduct a phase I clinical trial, and completed the phase 1 human clinical trial to show the drug is safe and well tolerated.
