One Stop Systems (NASDAQ: OSS), a provider of ultra-dense high-performance computing (“HPC”) systems, recently announced the close of its initial public offering (“IPO”) of 3,900,000 shares of common stock, which includes the sale of an additional 100,000 shares of common stock pursuant to a partial exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters.
