According to the update, this is due to its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, not having been filed on a timely basis with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company also received notification, on August 11, stating that the Nasdaq staff had determined to grant an exception to enable the company to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). On April 2 and May 14, 2020, the company received notification that it did not comply with Nasdaq’s filing requirements set forth in the rule because it had not filed its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019 and Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2020, respectively. Youngevity’s management is working diligently to complete the Form 10-K, March 31 Form 10-Q and June 30 Form 10-Q and intends to file each report as soon as practicable.
