The leases are located in Caldwell, Gonzales, Jim Wells, and Wilson Counties, Texas and are producing 10 BOPD with some shut in gas. The company acquired the properties for stock from an independent oil and gas producer that is ridding of its assets. Company CEO William Sawyer says the transaction is “keeping with our plan of acquiring assets which have the potential for improvement of current wells and with underlying potential.”
