The transaction involved Vision Hydrogen acquiring the remaining 84.1% interest of VoltH2; combined with the 15.9% interest the company owned previously, VIHD now owns 100% of VoltH2. In conjunction with the acquisition, several appointments were also announced. Andrew Hromyk and Andre Jurres have been named Vision Hydrogen’s co-CEOs and will also serve as directors. Arron Smyth has been appointed executive vice president of corporate development, and Andy Hidalgo, Vision Hydrogen’s former CEO, will serve as senior vice president; Hidalgo also resigned as a director to facilitate the appointment of Hromyk and Jurres to the board.VoltH2 is a European-based developer of clean-hydrogen production facilities designed to supply commercial offtake volumes of clean hydrogen to manufacturers, gas and power traders, and industrial consumers, as well as heavy and marine transportation sectors.
