PlantX recently entered into a membership interest purchase agreement with Little West LLC through its subsidiary PlantX Lifestyle USA Inc. Dollinger hosts the podcast, which explores what’s new in the world of PlantX. During the podcast, Dollinger and Troy talked about the transaction, which is the third PLTXF acquisition. Troy gave a brief overview of Little West’s history, which she started with her husband, Andrew, in 2013. Instead of having a wedding, the couple invested their money in opening a small 200-square-foot juice bar. The company grew quickly, and ultimately today no longer has retail locations but operates completely wholesale.
