Onco-Innovations (CBOE CA: ONCO) (OTCQB: ONNVF) (Frankfurt: W1H) (WKN: A3EKSZ) announced the successful advancement of kilogram-scale manufacturing activities for the B4 precursor component used in the development of ONC010, the company’s lead nanoparticle-formulated Polynucleotide Kinase Phosphatase (PNKP) inhibitor technology. Conducted through its chemistry, manufacturing and controls collaboration with Dalton Pharma Services, the effort resulted in the production and isolation of approximately 952 grams of B4 material, supporting future formulation development, GMP production and planned clinical studies.
The company said the manufacturing milestone strengthens its integrated development strategy and supports the establishment of a scalable production process for future clinical supply. Onco-Innovations also announced the engagement of InvestorBrandNetwork (“IBN”) to provide market awareness, corporate communications and digital media services through Sept. 30, 2026, or until budget exhaustion. The company will pay IBN an aggregate cash fee of US$76,500 for the services and intends to apply an unused US$80,000 balance returned from a prior market awareness engagement toward the consideration.
