RHK Capital recently announced the addition of Jim Stearns to its investment banking and capital markets team as Senior Managing Director. Stearns, who comes to RHK Capital with over 42 years of investment banking and advisory experience, has spent the last 23 years as a Managing Director and Partner of Roth Capital Partners, LLC. Stearns first initiated and managed the firm’s corporate finance activities in the Pacific Northwest and later its national Industrial’s Group. Among Stearns accomplishments are initiating and leading the firm’s domestic and international OTCQX initiatives and executing a wide variety of transactions including M&A advisory, initial public offerings, follow on offerings and corporate debt.
