Located in Denver, Colorado, Eqova Life Sciences develops clinical-grade Full Spectrum Hemp Oil products that are sold exclusively via partnerships with licensed medical practitioners. Per the news release, no other hemp oil company currently focuses exclusively on the practitioner market, leaving it largely underserved. Included in the acquisition, Eqova has approximately $150,000 worth of CBD inventory, which is expected to be sold by the end of 2017.
