In association with Brown’s resignation, Appreciated Media will return assets acquired by the company in May 2020 to Brown’s holding company. In addition, Brown has agreed to the following: he will surrender for cancellation 425,000 common shares in the capital of the AMEFF along with 200,000 stock options, forgive and release approximately $1 million owed by Appreciated Media to Brown, and assist and guarantee the repayment of $150,000 owing to Amcomri GP BVI Limited by AMEFF.
