Growblox Sciences (OTCQB: GBLX) this morning reported its acquisition of two additional Medical Marijuana Establishment (“MME”) licenses in Clark County, Nevada. To acquire the licenses, Growblox formed GB Sciences Las Vegas, LLC, for which Growblox will be the owner/operator and own 60% of the entity with the option to own up to 80%. The production license allows Growblox to convert plants to oil, which can be used to make personal vaporizer pens, gel caps, edibles, beauty aids, cosmetics, pure botanicals, extracts, and other products. The cultivation license expands Growblox’s current Nevada cultivation capacity, which at full production can currently support 4,000 plants with a $20 million run rate.
