HWAL Inc. (OTC: HWAL), formerly Hollywall Entertainment, Inc., is a multimedia holding company focused on entertainment, intellectual property and emerging models for the ownership, preservation and monetization of real-world and digital assets. Through subsidiaries, like Melody Trust and Lunar Records, HWAL curates iconic cultural legacies. The company’s strategy centers on combining established entertainment content with new distribution, licensing and asset-management approaches designed to create additional avenues for commercializing its portfolio.

HWAL’s operations are anchored by a substantial collection of music and media assets assembled over several decades. The company is building on that foundation through licensing, artist development and new forms of digital and immersive entertainment, while utilizing blockchain-enabled models for managing and monetizing intellectual property.

Recent initiatives have expanded HWAL’s music holdings and introduced tokenized real-world asset structures alongside collaborations in entertainment and cultural preservation. Together, these efforts are intended to broaden the ways the company’s intellectual property can be commercialized for existing fans and brought to new audiences.

The company is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Portfolio

Melody Trust

Melody Trust LLC is a wholly owned HWAL subsidiary formed to preserve, manage and monetize a collection of music master recordings and related media assembled over more than three decades. In 2026, HWAL acquired 100% ownership of Melody Trust through a non-cash contribution by a principal shareholder, adding an extensive music catalog and intellectual property portfolio reported at a fair value of $480 million to the company’s balance sheet.

The Melody Trust catalog includes more than 27,000 master recordings featuring artists spanning multiple generations of recorded music, including Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, The Jackson 5, Dolly Parton, Jimi Hendrix, Aretha Franklin, The Who, Marvin Gaye, Willie Nelson and numerous others. The portfolio includes published and unpublished recordings, photos and videos, with the recordings having been preserved in a private vault for more than 30 years. Melody Trust was formed to protect and safeguard royalty interests associated with performers and composers represented throughout the catalog.

HWAL is pursuing licensing and other commercialization opportunities around these assets. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, Melody Trust reported $12.5 million in music licensing revenue and net income of $11.9 million.

Lunar Records

Lunar Records was formed in 2023 as a joint venture between Melody Trust and SI Blue Foundation, also known as Space Blue, to extend HWAL’s music assets into new entertainment, investment and cultural-preservation initiatives. Its activities span music and artist development, live and immersive experiences, digital assets and collectibles, strategic partnerships and new approaches to commercializing music intellectual property.

In January 2026, Lunar Records formed Lunar Records Fund 1, a real-world asset investment fund jointly owned by Melody Trust and Space Blue. The fund applies real-world asset tokenization technology to music royalties and other entertainment assets, with a focus on transparent royalty reporting, preservation of ownership records and participation in music, live and virtual entertainment, digital collectibles and related media properties.

Lunar Records has also expanded through a joint venture to establish Lunar Records Korea, targeting K-pop licensing, 360-degree artist arrangements, merchandising, television programming and global content distribution. Separately, Lunar Records and Space Blue collaborated on the Lunaprise lunar cultural archive, which included music associated with the Lunar Records catalog among art, music and film projects archived on the Moon in February 2024.

Market Opportunity

According to IFPI, global recorded music revenues increased 6.4% to $31.7 billion in 2025, marking the industry’s 11th consecutive year of growth. The continued expansion of recorded music provides a sizable underlying market for HWAL’s activities in music intellectual property, licensing and the development of additional channels for monetizing its catalog.

HWAL is also pursuing opportunities at the intersection of entertainment assets and the growing tokenized real-world asset market through initiatives including Lunar Records Fund 1. According to Finextra Research, the tokenized real-world asset market reached $38.17 billion in total value locked as of August 2026. HWAL’s strategy applies this emerging asset model specifically to music royalties and related entertainment properties, combining established intellectual property with blockchain-based ownership, reporting and distribution structures.
