As part of its plan of compliance with NASDAQ, Inventergy Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: INVT) this morning priced a registered public offering of $1 per common stock and warrant for gross proceeds of approximately $6.0 million. Amedica Corporation (AMDA) Cuts Workforce by 38%

Amedica Corporation (NASDAQ: AMDA), a technology company that manufactures and commercializes silicon nitride ceramic for biomedical applications, this morning announced that it has reduced its workforce by approximately 38% to lower its operating expenses.
