Capstone Turbine Corporation (CPST) Prices $7.5M Offering

Capstone Turbine (NASDAQ: CPST) this morning announced a registered offering in which it will sell 6.3 million shares of its common stock to one existing and one new accredited investor at a price of $1.20 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $7.5 million. Capstone said it intends to use the proceeds from the offering to fund general working capital requirements and for other general corporate purposes.
