(OTC: BPOL) shares plunged 8% following news that the company’s subsidiary, Jet Aviation Corp., has executed an exclusive consignment agreement with Jet Aviation Components and Aircraft International, Inc. (JACAI). JACAI granted Jet the exclusive consignment right to sell its inventory of aviation parts & equipment. Per the agreement, Jet will pay JACAI 50 percent of the proceeds of sales after expenses are paid from the sale of the inventory.
