The company announced that it plans to change its name to TopPop Innovative Brands Inc. and change its existing stock ticker symbol from ICNB to TPOP. In addition, the company named Tom Martin, founder and CEO of TopPop LLC, as interim CEO; Martin has four decades of experience in the packaging industry.
